Upgrading to Adjust 5.

Thanks for your interest in the new Adjust 5. Adjust 5 is a FREE upgrade for existing Topaz Adjust customers. If you are a current Adjust customer and would like to upgrade to the latest version please do the following: 

1. Download Adjust 5 here. If you need additional information regarding downloading or installing please see here. If you use Adjust in Lightroom, iPhoto or Aperture via Fusion Express then you will also need to update Fusion Express.

2. If you are an Adjust 3 or 4 users and have Adjust installed, then your license information should carry over to the new version when you install it. However, if you do find that you need to enter your key, then you will use your same Adjust 3 or 4 license key. A valid Adjust license key will be all numerical and in the following format: "xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx". If you still have an Adjust 2 key that is alphanumerical then please see here to get an upgraded key.

You will enter your key into the program by opening an image in Photoshop and go to Filter -> Topaz Labs and select Adjust 5. Once the prog -> Menu -> Enter key.

When you go to enter your key please check the following:

a. Please verify that you are entering the key in the "Activation Code" field and not the "Name" field as this is sometimes confusing.

b. Make sure that as you're entering the key you have nothing in the space beforehand. This means clicking, pressing Ctrl-A, and hitting Delete to make sure that absolutely nothing is in that field before you paste in the key. If you are typing it in please make sure that you are entering the dashes – but it is always easier to just copy & paste.

If you have lost your license key,  you can request your keys online at: www.topazlabs.com/support.  Please click on the blue customer service button and select Retrieve License Key, then enter the email address that you purchased with to have your license keys sent to you.
