Try this:
1. Restart Photoshop, open an image and go to Filter -> Topaz Labs to see if your plug-ins are now listed.
2. If you still can't see the plug-ins after you quit and restart Photoshop, try the following:
For Mac :
Go to HD -> Library -> Application Support -> Topaz Labs -> Adjust -> Plugins.. Copy and paste the Topaz_adjust.plugin file to your Photoshop Plug-Ins folder. This is usually located in Applications -> Adobe Photoshop CS3 -> Plug-Ins. Delete the TopazAdjust shortcut already in that folder, if there is one. Restart Photoshop and you'll see it in the Filters menu.
For Windows:
Go to C:\Programs Files -> Topaz Labs -> Topaz Adjust -> Plugins and copy and paste the tladjust.8bf file into your Photoshop Plug-Ins folder. This is usually located in C:\Program Files -> Adobe -> Adobe Photoshop CS3 -> Plug-Ins. Delete the TopazAdjust shortcut already in that folder, if there is one. Restart Photoshop and you'll see it in the Filters menu.
The example given is with Topaz Adjust. If it's a problem with a different Topaz plug-in, just replace "Adjust" with the appropriate product name.
3. If you are still unable to access Topaz after doing the steps above then please do the following:
Go to your preferences menu in Photoshop and select Plug-ins. Check / enable the Additional Plug-ins Folder option then click Choose. After that, please navigate to:
For Mac :
Macintosh HD -> Library -> Application Support -> Topaz Labs -> Adjust -> Plug-ins and select the Adjust plug-in.
For Windows:
C: \ Program Files \ Topaz Labs \ Adjust \ Plug-ins and select the Adjust plug-in.
Then click save / OK to save this back to Photoshop. Back in Photoshop click OK to save your changes, then restart Photoshop. Once Photoshop opens, go to your Filter menu and you should be able to access Topaz.
